3怎样看待修行中出现的各种境界
修行中经常会出现各种境界,怎样判断这些境界是不是应该出现的呢?
3.Q: How do you think of various states in the Dharma practice? There are often all kinds of states arising in practicing Dharma. How to judge whether the states should appear?


答:修行的时候,心静下来了,肯定会出现一些境相。有些人今生没有那么大的功夫,但是前世带来的也有。这些境界都很正常,你不执着都是好事,你执着了都是不好,你不执着就行。


A: In the period of practice, some states surely arise when your mind calms down. Some practitioners don’t have such great ability this life, but they were born with that from past life. Reaching the states is quite normal. If you don’t cling to them, all of them are good; if you do, all of them are not good. You should just let them go.
  
对于一般人来说,这些境界是很特殊的,但是你也应该把它当作一个正常的现象去看待。比如说,这里有一杯水,地狱众生看就是铁汁,饿鬼看就是脓血,人看就是一杯水,天人看就是一杯甘露,佛看就是一尊佛。在不同境界里,会出现不同的境相,都当正常的现象去看就可以了。若是你去执着,那就是一种障碍。魔也是自心的显现,若是你执着这些境界,去跟随它,鬼魔就会趁机来捣乱,影响你的修行。


For the ordinary people, those states are quite special, but you should treat them as normal phenomena. Take a glass of water for example, the hell-beings see iron juice from it, the pretas see pus and blood, the human beings just see a glass of water, the gods see a glass of dew, while the Buddhas see a Buddha from it. In different states, there are different manifestations, so you just treat them as normal phenomena. If you cling to them, then it will come out as an obstacle for you. Demons are the manifestations of one’s mind. If you cling to these states, following them, then the demons will take the opportunity to play tricks on you and influence your practice.
上师说:上师的出现取决于宿世的因缘与深厚的法缘,虔敬的心就像戒子的环,加持力就是一个钩。如果没有环,是无法钩住任何东西的;同理,没有虔敬心是很难获得加持力的,但一旦获得加持力,佛性便会自然迅速觉醒。
